Happy Cat VET Diet Struvite is a complete diet food used to dissolve and prevent struvite stones. The mentioned dietary food is also used for feeding cats with feline urological syndrome (FUS - Feline Urological Syndrom). For the optimal effect of dissolution of stones, only the mentioned dietary nutrition. Additional nutritional supplements should be specified with the attending veterinarian.
Transition to proper nutrition should be done in 10% increments over at least 2-4 weeks.
To prevent struvite stones, mix the food 1:1 (1/2 serving) with regular Happy Cat dry food. Check the pH of your urine regularly.
The amount of food should be adjusted to the individual metabolism of the animal and may need to be reduced or increased.
Clean water should always be available for the cat;
Recommended feeding period: Five to twelve weeks to dissolve struvite stones. To reduce the recurrence of struvite stones – within six months.
